We don't process direct exchanges. For a different size or design, return the original for store credit and place a new order — that way your new item ships right away instead of waiting on the return. Email orders@nvushearts.com with your order number to start.
You're responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
